Pasta with fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes, over linguine, has to be the most simple, yet fresh, delicious and and gourmet meals one can enjoy.   Here is the beauty with this dish, beside the taste, everything can be done in one pot: boiling the noodles, heating the sauce, tossing the pasta and topping and melting the mozzarella.

We used linguine, but any noodle can do; spaghetti, penne, rigatoni etc… 

 

 

15-17 ounces uncooked pasta(your choice)

3 Cups da Tomato Basil

3 Cups Water

Basil leaves and 8 ounces fresh mozzarella slices

 

  1. in Instapot pour  3 cups Tomato Basil
  2.  Add the pasta by placing all the pasta on top of the sauce in Instapot
  3.  Pour the 3 cups of water on top of pasta
  4.  Place the lid on the pot and set the pressure to 5 minutes at high pressure
  5.  Once the pot beeps finished, wait to 2-3 minutes, then release the pressure and serve in bowls
  6.  while piping hot top each bowl with leaves of basil and fresh mozarella (optional)
