Easy recipe that can work with whatever vegetables you have, whether its fresh, frozen, even canned,and the bigger variety the better.  This recipe is easy, healthy and delicious.


1 red pepper sliced

1 orange pepper sliced

1/2 onion  sliced

2 cups mushrooms sliced

1/2 medium shrimp

1/2 cup sliced carrots

1 cup da Giulia Marinara

1 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil in large saute pan

add vegetables and saute for 10 minutes, add sauce and cook 5 minutes

add shrimp and saute 5 more minutes

serve with over rice, pasta or couscous or simply alone
