8 ounces Skirt Steak

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup da Giulia Marinara

1 tbsp canola oil

1/2 cup sliced onion

1/2 cup red peppers

1/2 cup  yellow pepper

2 cups white or brown rice(cooked according to instruction)


In bowl combine soy sauce and marinara

add steak in bowl and marinate for 30 minutes

meanwhile in large skillet heat canola oll on medium and add onions and peppers

saute for 10 minutes or until slightly soft, remove from heat and place in bowl

in same pan pour in marinating steak with its maarinade, cook for about 4 minutes or until meat just tendor, dont over cook

add in  peppers and onion and toss together for 30 seconds

serve over  cooked ric
