2 cans chickpeas

1/2 cup bread crumbs

!/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

!/2 cup da Giulia Tomato Basil

In food processor or blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and ingredients are all combined and smooth

Roll meal balls into golf ball size and place on cookie sheet  and place in freezer for 1 hour

Remove from freezer and bake in oven set at 300 degrees for 15 minutes then turn over and bake another 15 minutes

top with tomato sauce and serve with pasta, rice or cous cous.
