2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups diced carrots
2 cups diced onion
1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup kidney beans
1 cup white beans
1 quart vegetable broth
1 1/2 cups da Giulia Marinara
Heat oil in medium bottom heavy quart
add onion and carrots, and stir occasionally until soft
add broth, sauce, zucchini and simmer for 30 minutes
serves 8-10 hearty bowls
