1 cup White Wine
3 lbs Mussels
In large skillet heat wine and da Giulia Tomato basil on high for 10 minutes
lower heat to medium and add mussels
cover pan with lid after 5 minutes remove lid and slightly move mussels with spatula
cover 5 more minutes and remove mussels as they open
top with parsley
