2 medium size Portabello Mushrooms

1/2 cup da Giulia Tomato Basil Sauce

4 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced thinly

1 tablespoon chopped basil


Preheat oven to 350

scoop inside fins out of Portabello Mushrooms

spray bottle of mushrooms with olive oil spray

place in oven on cookie sheet for 5 minutes

remove from oven and blot excess water from mushrooms with paper towel

top inside of each mushroom cap with da Giulia Tomato Basil

layer with mozzarella and bake 15 minutes

remove and sprinkle with basil

slice in fours and serve
