Ingredients
- 2 Avacados
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 da Giulia Tomato Basil
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk the eggs with milk
- Heat butter in skillet
- Pour in eggs and lightly stir eggs as they cook for 2 minutes
- Cut Avocado in half and remove stone
- scoop out half of the soft avocado
- Mix egg, avocado and tomato in a bowl and scoop into the Avocado halves
