Ingredients 

  • 2 Avacados
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 da Giulia Tomato Basil
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk the eggs with milk
  2. Heat butter in skillet
  3. Pour in eggs and lightly stir eggs as they cook for 2 minutes
  4. Cut Avocado in half and remove stone
  5. scoop out half of the soft avocado
  6. Mix egg, avocado and tomato in a bowl and scoop into the Avocado halves
