This is a healthy and delicious way to combine an egg with pasta, and in my case it was left over pasta from the night before.   It is not only simple dish to prepare especially using a jarred sauce, but nutritious and far more decadent then the nutritional facts would indicate!

I love taking basic everyday ingredients that most people would have in their home on a daily basis and creating a gourmet meal in 20 minutes, and in my case 10 minutes because the pasta was already made.

Not to mention low low cost!  When I get more organized with my Blogging, Im really hoping to include approximate cost for my recipes.  In this case the approx cost give or take a few cents: Serving for 4- $4.96 or $1.24 per person.  With that cost for a very hearty filling meal one is also getting tons of Antioxidants, Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Protein, Calcium, Potassium  and much more.  Not to mention medium egg only has 68 calories and side note is free in Freestyle WW points.
