This green bean salad is a great spring, summer, fall or winter salad.  I have made the same salad with asparagus, with broccoli and zucchini.  The chunky Tomato Basil is a great addition to vegetables.

3 tablespoon spoons extra virgin olive oil

1 cup finely chopped white onion

1 1/2 lbs green beans trimmed

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 cup da Giulia Tomato Basil

Heat oil in a pan on medium and add onion, saute for 7 minutes until translucent

add green beans, sauce and water

heat for 10 minutes

remove from heat and add salt and pepper
