CIAO!! It’s time to CHOW on some asian-italian fusione (fusion)!!! Don’t even think for 1 second that you cannot combine your traditional marinara sauce with any type of cooking cuisine. Not only does it add flavor, but it adds so many essentials (vitamins, nutrients) and the incredible, edible tomato to the meal. It makes it fun, healthy, and delicious! Buon Appetito!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red pepper sliced pieces lengthwise
  • 1 medium green pepper sliced pieces lengthwise
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 medum zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 garlic minced
  • 2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup da Giulia Marinara
  • 8 ounces chicken breast
  • 2 cups brown rice

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet on low, add garlic and saute for 4 minutes
  2. Add all vegetables and saute on medium stirring all along for 10 minutes
  3. Add da Giulia Marinara, saute for 10 minutes
  4. Add chicken and saute for 10 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
  5. In meantime make rice according to instructions
  6. Plate rice and serve with Marinara Stir Fry
  7. Enjoy
