Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup medium cooked shrimp (chopped in pieces of 3)
  • 1 small avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 medium cucumber diced
  • 1 cup da Giulia tomato basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine diced shrimp and coat with squeezed lime
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and toss
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour
  4. Serve!
