Ingredients
- 3/4 cup medium cooked shrimp (chopped in pieces of 3)
- 1 small avocado diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 medium cucumber diced
- 1 cup da Giulia tomato basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In bowl, combine diced shrimp and coat with squeezed lime
- Combine remaining ingredients and toss
- Refrigerate 1 hour
- Serve!
