1 lb pizza dough
8 ounces fresh mozzarella
1/4 lb peperoni
8 large slices fresh basil leaves
Preheat oven to 500
Place pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on lowest oven rack
Stretch one lb of dough on floured wooden cutting board or parchment paper
Top with 1 cup Tomato Basil, fresh Mozarella and fresh basil
place in over and bake until golden brown for 15 minutes
remove from oven and cut in slices
