Ingredients 
4 6 oz pieces salmon
1 cup da Giulia Tomato Basil
1/4  cup fresh bread crumbs
1 tblsp prepared horseradish
2 tblsp olive oil
4 cups spinach

 

Directions
preheat oven to 375
in bowl combine horseradish, bread crumbs and par
sley
rub 1 tblspn olive oil on salmon
pat the horseradish evenly on tops of salmon, completely covering salmon
place salmon on sprayed cookie sheet or parchment paper
bake in oven for 20 minutes
in medium skillet heat olive oil
toss in spinach and saute until spinach wilts
add salt and pepper to taste
serve salmon over spinach
