We were looking for a quick and easy Sunday night family dinner, and didnt have much to work with and managed to create a delicious, gourmet dish with 6 ingredients only

1 to 1 ½ lbs Pork Tenderloin 
½ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup da Giulia Arrabbiata 
Salt and pepper to season 
1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped 
¼ cup red wine
Preheat over to 350 
Heat butter in small skillet, add onion and saute until onion appear s translucent and glassy (about 5-7 minutes ) 
With sharp knife remove silver skin from Pork Tenderloin and excess fat
Season pork with salt and pepper 
Place tenderloin on rack in shallow roasting pan 
Roast uncovered for 20-25 minutes 
In meantime heat arrabbiata on stove on high until comes to rolling boil, lower heat and Simmer 15 minutes (sauce should reduce slightly and thicken) 
Remove pork from oven 
Place on cutting board and slice in ½ inch pieces and arrange on pal tter 
Top with sauteed onion and spoon da Giulia Arrabbiata lightly over the onion 
Add fresh basil
Serve with vegetables, or over bed of Pasta or Risotto
