Ingredients
• 16 ounces of ground turkey
• 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1/4 tsp of pepper
• 3/4 cup of chopped red onion
• 1 & 3/4 cup of chopped green pepper
• 3/4 cup of chopped celery
• 26 ounces of da Giulia Tomato Basil
• 1 cup of low sodium Chicken Broth
• 1 cup of water
Directions
1. In bowl, mix the turkey, salt and pepper.
2. Spray large fry pan with canola or olive oil.
3. On medium, add turkey to pan and cook until done.
4. At about 15 minutes, use meat theromometer to measure (should be 165 f).
5. Add onion, pepper and celery.
6. Cook on medium until onion is translucent (about 7- 8 minutes).

8. In soup pan, heat the da Giulia Tomato Basil, chicken broth and water on high
9. Reduce to simmer when it comes to boil.
10. Add turkey vegetable mixture, and simmer for 15 minutes
