4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parm cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper
1 cup da Giulia Tomato Basil
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 Slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. In bowl combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
In separate bowl beat the egg. Dredge each chicken breast in egg, and then coat generously in the parmesan and bread crumb combo. Heat canola oil in large skillet, add two chicken breasts, saute on eachc side 2 minutes. Remove breasts and place on cookie sheet, saute other two breasts, when done place on cookie sheet and top each breast with tomato basil and top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes, serve with vegetables, pasta or rice.
