1 Jar Tomato Basil
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cooked Chicken Breasts Shredded
1 Can Black Beans
1 Cup Corn
1 Cup Shredded Tortilla Chips

optional sides
1 Cup Shredded Monteray Jack or Mexican Cheese Mix
1 Medium Avacado  Sliced

!/4 cup sour cream




In Sauce pan heat Tomato Basil, Chicken Broth, 1/2 Tortilla Chips for 20 minutes, remove from heat, let cook
with immersion blender or blender, blend until smooth
return to sauce pan, add chicken, corn, black beans and simmer for 20 minutes
pour into 4 soup bowls, top with cheese, sourcream and avacado
