1 medium squash
1 cup tomato basil
1/4 cup mozzarella
parsley(optional)
Preheat oven to 400
cut squash in half lengthwise
remove all the seeds
put on cookie sheet and flatside down and bake for 1 hour
remove from oven, spaghetti should easy come up with a fork
top with tomato sauce and cheese evenly
place back in oven and heat until cheese melts
