Easiest soup ever.  Just three ingredients because the Tomato Basil Sauce has so many good ingredients and flavor.  Soup is loaded with protein, fiber, iron, vitamin C, Lycopenes and more.  I put all three ingredients in the food processor and just mix for 30 seconds, for a creamier soup, blend for 1-2 minutes, also, when heating on stove, add 1/4 cup cream, for a even creamier soup.  Another option is to top with shredded cheese of some kind, sour cream, plain yogurt.  Be creative!

Ingredients
2 can Black Beans(rinsed well)
1 cups Tomato Basil sauce
2 cup Vegetable Broth

Combine ingredients in food  processor for 60 seconds

then pour in a soup pan let come to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes

serves 6

 

For toppings(all optional according to preference)

1 medium tomato diced

1 medium avocado sliced

1/2 cup onion diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese

!/4 cup sour cream
