Get ready for some 5 minute Appetizers, First up a crostini loaded with Protein, fiber, vitamin C, calcium and starring the always famous but equally delicious beta  carotene coming from tomatoes.
1 cup of white beans
1 cup tomato basil
1/4 cup shredded cheese(gruyere, mozzarella, fontal)
10 slices French baguette, French bread, I used a multigrain ciabatta

Turn broiler on high
In a bowl combine beans and tomato basil
on cookie sheet line up bread
top with bean tomato combo
top with shredded cheese evenly on crostinis
place in broiler for 1 minute
remove, plate and serve
