I found this recipe Giada Dilaurentis’ cookbook.  Believe it or not, I have memories of this being my dinner in Italy.  It is very common for Italians to eat eggs for dinner, especially after  having a pasta lunch.
2 tsp olive oil
1 egg
1 slice Italian bread toasted
1 small garlic clove
2 tsp parm cheese
1/4 cup da Giulia Tomato Basil heated

In small skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil, crack egg, cover and cook until egg white is firm and yolk is set, about 4 minutes
Meanwhile, toast bread until golden, rub garlic on bread and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Spread heated sauce on bread, top with fried egg and top with remaining da Giulia Marinara
