1 Cup da Giulia Tomato Basil
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Cannelloni Beans
2 Cups Kale
Combine all ingredients in medium
size sauce pan, simmer for 15 minutes
Hint: kale can be substituted for
spinach, escarole or any
other leafy green.
Cannelloni beans can be substituted for garbanzo,
navy, kidney etc…
Be sure to rinse beans thoroughly, this has been
proven to eliminate half the sodium that the canning
process necessitates.
This soup is loaded with tons of nutrition and its super
easy to make.  The sodium is higher I would like, but
chicken broth could be subbed with low sodium broth.
